These Terms & Conditions apply to services performed by SelectSuds, LLC and are part of any approved SelectSuds quote.

1. Scope of Work

SelectSuds will perform the services listed in the approved quote.

Additional work is not included unless approved by the customer. If we discover something that requires a significant change in the work or price, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.

2. Property Access

The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned and to a functioning exterior water supply unless other arrangements have been made.

Windows and doors should be closed, gates unlocked, and vehicles and movable personal belongings kept away from the immediate work area.

Please let us know about known leaks, damaged surfaces, loose materials, sensitive landscaping, electrical concerns, or other conditions that may require special care.

3. Cleaning Methods

SelectSuds will determine the cleaning methods, equipment, pressure, and cleaning solutions appropriate for the surfaces being treated.

Depending on the service, this may include soft washing, downstreaming, pressure washing, surface cleaning, rinsing, or specialty treatments.

4. Existing Conditions & Cleaning Results

Exterior cleaning does not repair existing damage or restore deteriorated materials.

Cleaning can sometimes make existing oxidation, fading, staining, weathering, cracks, repairs, or surface deterioration more noticeable after dirt and organic buildup are removed.

While we work to achieve the best reasonable result, complete removal of every stain or discoloration cannot be guaranteed. Rust, oil, grease, mineral deposits, oxidation, fertilizer stains, and other specialty stains may require additional treatment.

5. Property Care

SelectSuds will take reasonable precautions to protect surrounding property and landscaping while performing the work.

Customers should identify unusually delicate or valuable items, surfaces, landscaping, or known problem areas before service begins.

6. Weather & Scheduling

Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent.

SelectSuds may delay, pause, or reschedule work when weather or other conditions make it unsafe or impractical to complete the service properly. Light rain does not necessarily require cancellation.

7. Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless different payment terms are shown on the quote or invoice.

If the customer is not present at completion, payment is due within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.

8. Concerns

If you have a concern about completed work, please contact SelectSuds promptly and give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the issue.

We want the opportunity to resolve concerns directly and fairly.

9. Photos & Documentation

SelectSuds may take photographs of work areas before, during, and after service for job documentation, quality control, and verification of completed work.

Customer-identifying information will not be used for advertising without appropriate permission.

10. Agreement

By approving a SelectSuds quote, the customer agrees to the quoted scope of work, the SelectSuds Service Agreement, and these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
