Absolutely. SelectSuds carries specialized liability insurance designed specifically for professional pressure washing and soft washing, with $1 million in coverage per occurrence and $2 million in aggregate coverage through an A-rated insurance carrier.

We take protecting your property seriously, and carrying the proper insurance is just one more part of doing the job professionally. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

SelectSuds is owner-operated, and I personally take responsibility for the work performed at your property. I do not subcontract our cleaning services to outside crews.

How do your protect my property during cleaning?

Protecting your property is a critical part of my mission. We use the right cleaning method for each surface, including gentle downstreaming and soft washing methods that rely on professional cleaning solutions rather than unnecessary high pressure.

Before beginning, I will perform a small test in an inconspicuous area to make sure the surface responds properly to our cleaning process.

We carefully pre-wet surfaces and surrounding areas as appropriate before applying cleaning solutions, and thoroughly rinse throughout the cleaning process. Taking precautions around grass, plants, landscaping, and other sensitive areas, using only the amount of cleaning solution needed for the surface being treated.

We pay close attention to electrical outlets, exterior lighting, Ring doorbells, electronic entry systems, cameras, and other electrical or sensitive components before and during cleaning.

Do I have to be home during the service?

No. Because our work is performed outside, you generally do not need to be home during your appointment.

We simply ask that windows and doors are securely closed and that we have access to the areas being cleaned and an exterior water source.

When we arrive, one of the first things we do is connect to your water supply before inspecting the areas to be cleaned.

We use only the water needed to complete the job properly.

Yes. Before we get started, we complete a visual inspection of the areas being cleaned and take before photos.

Once the work is complete, we take after photos as well. These are included as part of our service and provide a clear record of the transformation.
